General Order Info
Order Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Pacific) | Orders received by noon ship same day.
Terms
Establish credit by completing our credit application available for download at our website, direct-moulding.com. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Approved credit terms are net 30 days, calculated from the invoice date. Please pay from the invoice. Statements are mailed upon request. Past due balances will be assessed 1.5% finance charge per month. Orders will not be shipped to accounts with past due balances. Returned checks are subject to a $20 processing fee.
Credit Cards
Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AmEx cards are accepted for charge at the time of invoicing.
Length Moulding Order Quantities
Order the minimum footage required. We will ship the nearest quantity available in full sticks. Due to metric conversion, length quantity billed may vary +/- 2% of actual amount shipped.
Chops
All chops are cut a standard 1/8” allowance unless otherwise requested. The minimum size of a chop leg is 5”. The minimum chop footage charge is 3’. “Thumbnailing” charge: $3 / frame for one wedge per corner and $5 / frame for 2 wedges per corner. FAXED and EMAILED CHOP ORDERS OVER $35 RECEIVE 50% OFF SHIPPING, regular UPS, 48 states.
Minimum Order
Chop and length orders under $35 will be assessed a $4.50 packing charge. Length, chop, vnails and hardware can be combined to achieve the order minimum.
5% freight allowance on 5+ boxes
Deduct from invoice when you pay within 30 days and all invoices are current.
Shipping Damage
Damaged truck shipments must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Request inspection by the carrier immediately.
Return Merchandise
All returns must be authorized in advance, adequately packed, shipped freight prepaid, and will be subject to inspection. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused.
Corner Samples
Corner samples provided by Direct Moulding remain our property, on loan to our customers.
